Ferry To Ketchikan

The Ketchikan airport is on Gravina Island. Ketchikan is on Revillagigedo Island. So we must take a ferry across Tongass Narrows to get to town. (This is the locale of Sarah Palin's infamous "Bridge to Nowhere" boondoggle.) It's a quick $5-a-head ride (Or $6 a car, which we won't be needing on this trip).
