Day Winds Down

For the rest of the shortening day, we check in to our charming bed & Breakfast "The Captain's Quarters" which is just a block up the road for my old house. Then we venture out to find a restaurant, walking back after sunset on what was a nice clear day.

Our room with a view at the B&B View from the window Lisa with the binoculars A little patience yields eagle sightings! Lisa and a CHOIR car; my old house (top right). What does YAKKA mean? Houses look much the same; cars are newer and streets are paved now. Boats are a way of life here. Sun sets over Tongass Narrows Full moon on a mostly clear night.
